Storage
Keep in an airtight container, away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture, to preserve the fruit and mint aroma and freshness.
Hot:
- Leaves: 1 heaped teaspoon (approx. 3g) per cup
- Water temperature: 90-95°C
- Steep time: 2-3 minutes
- Re-steeping: Can be infused 2-3 times, with the fruit notes softening and the oolong base coming through more on later steeps
- Leaves: 2 heaped teaspoons per 500ml cold water
- Steep time: 4-6 hours in the fridge, then strain
- Serve over ice with a fresh mint sprig or orange slice for extra freshness
