Keep in an airtight container, away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture, to preserve the layered jasmine fragrance and freshness.
- Leaves: 1 heaped teaspoon (approx. 2-3g) per cup
- Water temperature: 75-80°C (avoid boiling water, which can scorch the delicate leaves and cause bitterness)
- Steep time: 2-3 minutes
- Re-steeping: Excellent for multiple infusions — can be steeped 4-5 times, with the jasmine fragrance continuing to unfold across each steep, even more so than our Select grade
