- Flowers: 1–2 heaped teaspoons (approx. 2–4g) per cup
- Water temperature: 95–100°C (just off the boil)
- Steep time: 5–7 minutes
- For stronger flavour: Steep for up to 10 minutes
- Iced tea: Brew slightly stronger, allow to cool and serve over ice
